Projects

You can manage and track the projects you have created. Several project members with different access privileges can be assigned to the projects, enabling them not only to track the development process but also to actively participate in it. As the data is stored on a web server, any changes are immediately visible to all project members.

Entries

Within the projects you have the possibility to write entries. The entries that need to be processed can be assigned to other persons. Due to the different colours of the entries, their status can be recognised immediately. For example, entries in blue have an „assigned“ status, while yellow entries have been „completed“.

Add entries

Each authorised project member can add entries. The entries need to be assigned to one of the project’s categories (e.g. General or Website). When you add an entry, you also need to fill in other fields (e.g. Description).

Details of entry

In addition to the description of the bug, you can see who reported the bug and who is assigned to the entry. At the same time, the project’s current status is displayed. After the assigned project member has processed the entry, it can be assigned to other persons, for example to the tester, and the status of the entry can then be changed. You also have the possibility to add notes to the entries.
